Chitwan National Park

one of the most visited place in country Nepal is the Chitwan National Park. the national park is around 120 kms from the capital city kathmandu.The total area of this huge national park is arount 950 sq Km. it consits of sal forests, ripping grasslands and water marshes. The park is populated with one horn indian rhino which is in the endangered list of animals, also the presence of tigers, deers, leopards etc makes the national park more popular. to travel around the national park there is a provision of elephant as well as vehicle . inside the national park there are lots of hotel and lodges which are present at affordable price.
Recently the chitwan national park is severly effected by the poachers, so there is decline in the number of one horned rhino.

Gorkha

Gorkha is a historical place situated in the foothills of country Nepal. Gorkha is specially known for the born of the great king Prithivi Narayan Shah who unite the country in around eighteenth century. Gorkha is situated in northern part of nepal at a approximate height of around 3500 feet. From gorkha we can view the magnificient Himalayan peaks, and has its own history. for sight seeing in gorkha the sight that comes into the first place is Gorkha Durbar, this ancient place is a one hour walk from the main city. This place is wonderfully situated over the hills, on the southern part of the palace there is the temple of goddess gorakhkali which is situated in a cave where there was a cave of tantrik Gorakhnath. from the palace scenes of manasalu can be viewed

Another important part in gorkha is the temple of Manakamana, which is located at an altitude of 1302 m. It is a very famous temple in Nepalese society as there is a saying that wishes are fulfilled in this temple. It is at 4 hour walking trip from Abukhairani, also there is a cable car service which is present to visit the temple which takes about 10 minutes.

KATHMANDU

Kathmandu is a capital city of Nepal, Geographically it is located in the middle of the country. Kathmandu is a valley which is surrounded by hills and mountains. It is also known as city of temples. Kathmandu is very important city historically as it contain the monuments and temples which are made around 1000 years ago. The places that should be visited during kathmandu visits includes Swayambhu Nath temple which is located in the north-west part of the valley, other monuments include pashupatinath, royal palace etc which are located inside the main city. Kathmandu is also listed in world heriltage list, it has a population of around 25 million apart from its historical beauty it is also popular for its weather kathmandu has a very pleasant weather which is not very cold in winter and not very hot in summer.

Kathmandu valley has three districts lalitpur,Bhaktapur and kathmandu itself. Each district has its own culture and historical importance. most residents of kathmandu are Newar tribe apart from that it has a population of mix culture.
